I called the company and asked whether it was safe for diabetics. The truth is that this product doesn’t allow a spike in sugar levels and because of its concentrated sweetness, you need much less than the normal amount of sugar. However, NO sweeteners can or otherwise are good for diabetics. We just have to learn to live a sugarless life :(.I use DiaBliss when I bake, because when we have just one slice of cake or dessert, the amount of DiaBliss does not affect the sugar so much. – the operative words being “so much’.
